The Simple, Scalable, No-Cook Pizza Sauce Recipe We Use
When you make as much pizza as we do, it's crucial to have a sauce recipe that's consistently delicious, easy to whip up, and scalable. This particular recipe is inspired by Pizza Camp, our current favorite pizza cookbook.
Ingredients
3 garlic cloves (finely grated)
1 can crushed tomatoes (ideally San Marzano)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ teaspoons sea salt
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and let the sauce sit in the fridge. While a few hours will do, we recommend leaving it overnight for optimal flavor.
